Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling and respect our stylists’ time, deposits are required for all new clients at the time of booking. Deposit amounts are determined by the specific service reserved. This tailored approach ensures fairness and reflects the time and value associated with each service.
All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your total at checkout.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment date. This allows for flexibility while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling process.
Please note that no-shows, cancellations without rescheduling, or multiple reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If you are not required to leave a deposit, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. This allows our stylists the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another client.
We recognize that life can be unpredictable, but last-minute cancellations and no-shows directly affect our team’s livelihood. Out of respect for their time and dedication, please be mindful when managing your bookings.
